June 8 2015 | Evening Storms

A strong shortwave pushed through central Illinois this afternoon erupting supercells across northwest Illinois. I was unable to get out until later that evening, but did catch the last breaths of a storm as it entered Champaign County right around sunset. I missed what was probably the best light as then sun hit the horizon - but did catch a few lightning bolts before things completely died out.
